We are well-known for our strong track record of placing women on to Boards in both Non-Executive and Executive roles. One in three of all our recent appointments to FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 Boards have been female.

In 2011, JCA Group was one of five search firms responsible for helping to draft the Voluntary Code of Conduct for Executive Search Firms in Board Appointments. The Code is intended to address gender diversity on corporate boards and best practice for the related search processes. We are a signatory to the Code and committed to carrying out and surpassing its provisions of best practice.
