Rachel joined JCA Group in 2008 and is a Consultant in the Board Practice, focused entirely on supporting Clients on Non-Executive Board appointments. Rachel began her career as a Graduate Management Trainee at Carlton Television in 2000. She later moved on to become Assistant Producer/Director for Carlton Productions, and then Strategy & Business Development Executive. From 2004 to 2008, she was Assistant Director of the Clore Duffield Foundation. She was also consultant to the Jennifer d’Abo Memorial Scholarship for women entrepreneurs. Rachel graduated from Oxford University with an MA in Theology.
